Job summary

Realtor.com is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the Data & AI product roadmap, champion data-driven decisions, and drive internal data product publishing and reuse. You will collaborate with analytics, governance, and eng to turn ambiguous requests into clear briefs and measurable outcomes.

You will define product metrics, manage intake, and ship in small increments, ensuring adoption and trust across teams while maintaining documentation and SLAs.

Qualifications

• Typically 8+ years of product management experience in technology, marketplace, data, or SaaS.
• Experience owning a product area and shipping outcomes used by teams.
• Experience running an intake and backlog: prioritizing requests into a plan.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for your product area and keep it current as priorities change.
• Turn company and data-team goals into a prioritized plan of products to build and improve.
• Own intake for internal product and enhancement requests and keep a single backlog.
• Engage internal teams to understand needs and ensure data products solve underlying problems.
• Turn briefs into clear requirements and partner with engineering to ship.
• Define metrics and measure adoption, trust, and business impact.
