Job summary

Zeta Global in New York City is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead architecture for agented workflows and context platforms within our AI-powered marketing cloud. You will shape the context graph, telemetry, and evaluation frameworks to improve agent performance at scale.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership across Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Security, plus hands-on work with APIs, LangSmith, and workflow orchestration to deliver measurable product impact.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading complex technical products involving LLMs or AI-driven applications.
• Strong understanding of LLM agents, tool use, orchestration, and multi-agent workflows.
• Experience with context graphs/knowledge graphs and semantic memory systems.
• Ability to define telemetry signals and observability for complex software or AI systems.
• Excellent cross-functional influence and stakeholder alignment skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage architecture for chaining LLM agents, tools, models, and workflows across complex use cases.
• Lead the development of a shared Context Graph for persistent user/brand/action awareness.
• Implement and manage context streaming services for real-time awareness across workflows.
• Define telemetry framework to understand agent performance, routing, and outcomes.
• Build evaluation suites for testing agent quality, routing, and end-to-end workflows.
• Lead creation of a Model Workbench for non-technical users to safely leverage LLMs and tools.
• Oversee MCP registration, documentation, governance, and discoverability of platform capabilities.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and governance across Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Security.
• Define platform standards and governance for agent/tool integration across the organization.
• Troubleshoot with LangSmith and prototype new approaches to validate concepts.
• Promote rapid iteration and prototype-driven development.
