Job summary

Zillow is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Connections Platform to lead strategy and roadmap for a foundation supporting multiple Zillow products. You will partner with engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders to define the vision and deliver scalable, data-informed solutions including our core Leads service and agentic capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of product management, platform-focused.
• Experience defining vision, roadmaps, features from discovery to launch.
• Ability to define API contracts and database schemas.
• Experience using data and AI tools to inform decisions.
• Nice to have: agentic platforms or lead management experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Connections Platform.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle - from discovery and requirements through launch, iteration, and optimization.
• Translate team needs into clear product requirements and technical trade-offs.
• Build prototypes and configuration portals, leveraging AI tools.
• Analyze leads data and leverage AI tools to identify opportunities to improve our platforms and customer experience.
• Shape the future of agentic connections by building services for lead nurturing, classification, and engagement.
• Mentor junior product managers on discovery, prioritization, and execution practices.
