Agiloft, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Senior Product Manager – Agents and Intelligence to lead agent-driven workflows across the CLM platform. You will identify high-value opportunities, shape API updates, and translate data insights into customer value, collaborating with UX, engineering, legal knowledge, and GTM teams.

You will drive metrics, partnerships, and adoption of agentic solutions while championing innovation and market leadership in intelligent CLM capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as product manager in fast-paced software.
• Expertise in generative AI for B2B apps.
• Prioritization that aligns with strategy.
• Experience defining success metrics and data-driven decisions.
• Background in enterprise B2B SaaS (legal tech/CRM/ERP/BPM).
• Experience shaping APIs with engineering for ecosystems.
• Strong storytelling and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Own the roadmap and execution of agentic solutions on the Agiloft CLM platform.
• Co-lead AI-driven insights and optimization initiatives across the product.
• Identify high-value workflows that can be enhanced by intelligent agents.
• Gain expert understanding of Agiloft capabilities.
• Define and track success metrics for agentic workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering to update APIs for data availability.
• Partner with UX/design to ensure intuitive agentic experiences.
• Prioritize and manage backlog with clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Stay informed about CLM space, agentic AI advances, and competitors.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with marketing, sales, and success teams.
• Act as product evangelist for agentic capabilities.
• Shape roadmap for agent-enabled contract lifecycle innovations.
• Other duties as assigned.
