Qualifications

• 4–10 years of professional experience in related enterprise SaaS/AI roles.
• Experience designing complex business workflows and enterprise integrations.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with enterprise customers to map processes, KPIs and constraints.
• Identify automation opportunities and design agentic orchestration strategies.
• Develop solution blueprints covering workflows, data exchanges, and governance.
