Job summary
Elsevier’s Nurse Readiness team seeks a Sr. Product Manager II, ClinicalKey Nursing to lead platform-focused initiatives that connect disparate nursing tools into a cohesive ecosystem.
You will align engineering, UX, clinical stakeholders, and content teams to translate workflows into product strategy, define platform capabilities, and drive AI-first features that improve clinician experience and patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- 10 years of delivering SaaS or enterprise software products.
- Experience building platform products or ecosystems.
- Strategic thinking across multiple products with customer and business priorities.
- Strong technical acumen with APIs and modern architectures.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional influence.
- Healthcare technology experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with VP Product and nursing leaders on strategic vision and roadmap.
- Create and execute a cohesive roadmap across the nursing portfolio.
- Define platform capabilities to improve navigation, discoverability, personalization, and administration.
- Prototype and validate cross-product concepts using customer feedback and AI-enabled tools.
- Partner with engineering and product managers to define platform architecture and APIs.
- Lead AI-first, spec-driven product development translating needs into clear specs.
