Job summary
Elsevier is seeking a Senior Product Manager, ClinicalKey Nursing, to drive the vision and delivery of platform capabilities within our enterprise nursing workspace. You will lead cross-functional teams, connect products into seamless experiences, and guide AI-first development to simplify workflows and improve discoverability.
You will partner with engineering, UX, and clinical teams to deliver scalable, compliant product experiences that meet customer needs and market demands in healthcare
Qualifications
- 10+ years delivering customer-facing SaaS or enterprise software products, with 8+ years in product management.
- Experience building or managing platform products or enterprise software ecosystems.
- Strong strategic thinking across multiple products balancing customer needs, tech, and business priorities.
- Technical acumen with APIs, integrations, authentication, and modern app architectures.
- Exceptional customer discovery and user research skills; translating insights into product strategy.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and align multiple product organizations.
- Strong analytical skills using product metrics and customer insights.
Responsibilities
- Define vision, strategy, and roadmaps for ecosystem capabilities within the nursing workspace.
- Lead cross-product alignment with nursing portfolio and other product teams.
- Specify platform architecture, APIs, authentication, and shared services for interoperability.
- Translate customer workflows into clear product specifications for design and engineering.
- Partner with UX, engineering, clinical, and content teams to ensure scalable experiences and regulatory alignment.
- Define success metrics and monitor ecosystem adoption and satisfaction.
