Job summary

Elsevier's Nurse Readiness team is looking for a Senior Product Manager II, ClinicalKey Nursing, to shape AI-first platform capabilities and connect product experiences across the nursing portfolio.

You will lead vision, strategy, and delivery, collaborating with engineering, UX, and content teams to simplify workflows, improve discovery, and deliver scalable, compliant solutions that support nurses in delivering evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience delivering customer-facing SaaS or enterprise software products.
• 8+ years in product management, including ownership of cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience building or managing platform products, ecosystem experiences, or enterprise software ecosystems.
• Strong technical acumen with APIs, integrations, and modern architectures.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline; healthcare/education tech background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product leaders on strategic vision and roadmaps.
• Define platform capabilities across navigation, discoverability, personalization, admin and usability.
• Prototype and validate cross-product concepts with customer feedback and AI-assisted tools.
• Collaborate with engineering and platform product managers to define architecture, APIs, auth, and modular interfaces.
• Lead AI-first, spec-driven product development translating needs into clear specs.
• Partner with UX, engineering, clinical, content teams for scalable experiences.
• Define success metrics and monitor ecosystem adoption and customer satisfaction.
• Advise nursing customers to ensure decisions reflect real-world workflows.
• Prioritize investments based on customer insights and market trends.
• Align with regulatory compliance and market delivery requirements.
