Job summary

Amazon in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Sr Product Manager (Tech) to lead AI-powered data products measuring and improving the shopping experience. You will own Tier-1 CX and supply chain metrics, extract insights from data, and build scalable solutions with BI, data engineering, and research science teams.

You will define product strategy, drive roadmaps, prioritize features, and communicate results to senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience delivering features and weighing tradeoffs for a product.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions on technology decisions and strategy.
• Experience managing technical products or online services.
• Experience representing customers and stakeholders during executive prioritization.
• 5+ years in product/program management, product marketing, business development or technology.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer use cases and drive requirements, UI design, feature priority, and adoption/effectiveness.
• Collaborate with engineering and business teams to drive product roadmaps.
• Define product strategy, own roadmap and related literature.
• Address bottlenecks, balance business and customer needs with technical constraints.
• Own production of business metrics for Availability data-products and detect anomalies.
• Lead technical product development for new strategic initiatives.
• Own BRDs, User Stories, Use Cases, and Product Strategy documents.
• Evaluate solutions and decompose complex problems into actionable propositions.
• Partner with multiple tech and product teams across locations for timely delivery.
