Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the Piper website experience end to end, shaping the conversations visitors have with Piper and the surface that carries them. You will work with customers and internal teams to deliver new features and products.

You will analyze metrics, define strategic direction, and partner with design, engineering, marketing, sales, and the customer team to plan, execute, and launch products in a fast-moving B2B SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in a fast-moving B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong technical and product literacy; partner with engineering and design and translate ideas into clear roadmaps.
• Excellent cross-functional communication; ability to facilitate debate and represent product area to executives and teams.
• Demonstrated AI fluency; actively use AI in PM workflows including insight synthesis, specs, prototyping, backlog prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Piper on the website end-to-end visitor experience.
• Translate opportunities into a clear product roadmap with prioritized requirements and launch plans.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, AI, marketing, sales, and customer teams to build, launch, and mature high-quality products.
• Define and monitor success metrics for the website, including localization, latency, performance, and user experience.
• Leverage AI tools throughout product development from user feedback to rapid prototyping and validation.
