Qualifications

• 6+ years of product design experience, including AI or conversational UX.
• Strong understanding of LLM behavior, latency, streaming, confidence, failure modes.
• Proven ability to ship design decisions directly with engineering and ML teams.

Responsibilities

• Design Piper's brain interface to shape its personality, goals, and reasoning.
• Design Piper's live presence: chat and video experience with latency, turn-taking, and tone.
• Prototype in code or with AI tools; deliver timely design decisions.
