Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Director of Product Management for the Digital Marketing Technology team to evolve brand and practitioner websites into an AI-Native, Human-Led ecosystem. You will own the roadmap, user experience, and pilot programs, leading a shift to rapid-innovation and agent-enabled development.

You will prototype with coding agents, define success metrics, and collaborate with design, engineering, and executives to deliver measurable product impact at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years shipping products for technical users in enterprise or startup settings.
• Daily use of coding agents and knowledge of LLM orchestration and evaluation.
• Ability to prototype early and turn fuzzy problems into measurable bets.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to rally cross-functional teams.
• Ability to synthesize design partner signals into shipped products.

Responsibilities

• Own the product end-to-end for brand and role-based websites.
• Define roadmap, outcomes, and strategy; partner with design for UX.
• Set success metrics and make trade-offs; kill what's not working.
• Prototype with coding agents and pressure-test ideas before specs.
• Run design-partner programs, gather requirements, and ship products.
• Coordinate across Digital Marketing Technology and Observability portfolios.
• Communicate clearly with engineers, designers, executives, and partners.
