Qualifications

5+ years of product management experience in a fast-moving B2B SaaS environment.
Strong technical and product literacy; translate ideas into clear requirements and roadmaps.
Excellent cross-functional communication; facilitate debate and represent the product area to executives and teams.
Demonstrate AI fluency; actively use AI across PM workflows for insights, spec generation, prototyping.
A related technical degree is required.

Responsibilities

Own the Piper website experience end to end across visitor interactions.
Turn ambiguity into a clear product roadmap with customer and stakeholder input.
Partner with design, engineering, AI, marketing, sales, and customer teams to launch high-quality products.
Define and monitor the north star metrics; track localization, latency, and site performance.
Leverage AI tools throughout the PM lifecycle for rapid prototyping and validation.
