Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Director of Product Management for the Digital Marketing Technology team to evolve our brand and practitioner websites into an AI-Native, Human-Led ecosystem. You will own the roadmap, user experience, design partners, and pilot programs, shaping an agentic, fast-iterating product space with coding agents every day.

You will work across design, engineering, and business partners, defining success metrics and driving rapid, measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• PM experience shipping products for technical users in enterprise or startup settings.
• Daily use of coding agents and knowledge of LLM orchestration and evaluation.
• Ability to prototype early and turn problems into measurable bets.
• Strong written and verbal communication across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the product end to end for brand and role-based websites.
• Define roadmaps, outcomes, and product strategy with design partners.
• Lead pilot programs and set success metrics for deployments.
• Coordinate with engineers, designers, and executives across portfolios.
