Job summary

Capgemini Invent seeks a Senior Consultant to lead AI and data transformation programs across multiple clients in the US. You will independently manage governance, change management, and value realization while engaging stakeholders and guiding delivery teams.

The role emphasizes AI literacy, governance, and enterprise-wide adoption of AI-enabled solutions. The ideal candidate brings 5–8 years in management consulting or transformation delivery, with proven ability to lead complex workstreams

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in management consulting, transformation delivery, or enterprise change programs.
• Experience supporting AI and agentic AI initiatives including governance, adoption, and business readiness.
• Understanding of autonomous systems and multi-agent workflows.
• Strong facilitation and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI and data transformation programs, managing governance, change, value realization and stakeholder engagement.
• Develop target operating model components and governance forums; build business cases and dashboards.
• Coordinate with delivery teams to resolve dependencies and coach junior team members.
• Contribute to proposals and reusable assets.
