Job summary

Ryder is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead strategic process transformation across transportation operations. You will partner with business, operations, technology, and AI teams to design scalable processes that boost performance and customer outcomes.

You will drive standardization with AI agents, oversee deployment planning, establish performance metrics, and guide change management to ensure adoption of new workflows. Strong cross-functional leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of combined experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, System Analysis and Product Management.
• Strong IT background and experience with strategic planning and analysis.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation, automation, or digital modernization initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process mapping across customers to expose variation, waste and automation potential.
• Drive process standardization using AI agents and establish standard processes and scope.
• Scope, estimate, and prepare transformation initiatives and investment proposals for exec approval.
• Redesign business processes and align technology to future-state workflows with Blue Yonder.
• Develop rollout plans, metrics, and drive accountability to new standards.
• Engage cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment, execution, and continuous improvement.
