Job summary

OnPay, a fast-growing software company headquartered in Atlanta, seeks a Senior Product Manager to own strategic workstreams across payroll, HR, Time, and benefits. This hands-on leader will define a multi-year strategy, drive cross-functional execution, and scale the platform while ensuring regulatory accuracy and growth.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in PM for B2B SaaS, experience shipping AI-enabled features, and a proven track record of launching enterprise software.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, Payroll/Fintech/HRIS or Tax Compliance platforms.
• Experience shipping AI-enabled features, automated workflows, or next-generation software solutions preferred.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling complex enterprise software products from inception to market success.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; advanced degree or relevant industry certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define, champion, and execute the multi-year product vision and roadmap for core payroll capabilities, aligning with company objectives, ARR expansion, and retention.
• Architect scalable regulatory solutions across multiple states for wage laws, tax updates, and HR compliance.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, UX, sales, operations, and leadership to manage dependencies and risks.
• Identify and lead AI/automation initiatives to enhance payroll setup, tax calculations, and self-service experiences.
• Lead 0-to-1 discovery and enterprise-scale growth of platform capabilities.
• Act as market authority on payroll, benefits, and labor tech trends and customer needs.
• Mentor PMs/POs and evolve product discovery and GTM processes.
• Define and track KPIs to measure feature impact and optimize user experience and platform health.
