Job summary

Dayforce is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management for Payroll. You will own the strategy and outcomes for a mission-critical payroll product and lead a player-coach team of product managers, partnering with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality releases.

You will shape multi-year payroll strategy, apply AI as a lever, and drive data-backed prioritization with executives. Strong enterprise SaaS experience and executive communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, including 5+ years leading product managers.
• Proven player-coach with ownership of strategy and delivery.
• Track record in complex, mission-critical products with measurable outcomes.
• Experience bringing AI to market in enterprise products with measurable impact.
• Strong metrics orientation and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-year vision, strategy, and roadmap for Dayforce Payroll.
• Define AI opportunities in payroll and ground in measurable outcomes.
• Lead strategy, discovery, and priority setting with executive alignment.
• Stay hands-on and unblock delivery with Engineering and Design.
• Engage customers, advisory boards, and executives to guide the roadmaps.
