Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in Business Operations, Strategy, or Chief of Staff roles within a high-growth environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree; MBA preferred.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams and driving enterprise-wide change.
• Strong quantitative modeling skills and ability to derive actionable insights from data.
• Experience designing and implementing scalable operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Translate company strategy into actionable operational roadmaps and OKRs/KPIs.
• Prepare materials for executive cadences (QBRs, reviews, strategy syncs).
• Audit and improve core business processes to remove bottlenecks.
• Implement tools and frameworks to enable scalable growth.
• Lead cross-functional, high-priority initiatives across departments.
• Act as internal consultant for complex cross-functional challenges.
• Build and monitor real-time operational dashboards and metrics.
• Partner with FP&A and People teams on headcount and budget planning.
• Optimize team capacity and vendor relationships for ROI.
• Lead Fulfillment and Office operations and manage related teams.
