Job summary

Elastic, the Search AI Company, is seeking an outstanding Product Manager to join the Elastic Observability product team, with a focus on logs and logs analytics capabilities. With your knowledge of the Observability domain, you'll help ensure we deliver the best end-to-end full-stack observability experience for logs collected from applications and infrastructure we monitor.

You will collaborate across Engineering, UX, Design and Sales to drive go-to-market, competitive analysis, and feature

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management or closely related area.
• Technical experience in logs analytics.
• Observability and/or performance monitoring domain knowledge.
• Comfort translating abstract problems into concrete, prioritized solutions.
• Outstanding spoken and written communication skills.
• Experience working in a remote, globally distributed environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Evolving our logs analytics capabilities, aligning with organizational and company strategy.
• Advancing end-to-end lifecycle for logs collection, ingest, and management.
• Building features for modern SRE, including GenAI and Agentic workflows in logging, automated SLO/SLI tracking from logs, intelligent alerting, and correlation of logs, metrics, and traces.
• Collaborating across Engineering, UX, Design and other teams to deliver top-notch application monitoring experiences.
• Partnering with Sales & Marketing on go-to-market, messaging, competitive analysis, enablement, and feature adoption.
• Tracking user engagement and feedback to inform product and feature evolution.
