Elasticsearch B.V. is seeking an outstanding Product Manager for the Observability team, focusing on logs and analytics capabilities. You will shape the end-to-end experience for logs from applications and infrastructure, influencing the entire lifecycle from collection to management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management or closely related area.
• Technical experience in logs analytics.
• Observability and/or performance monitoring domain knowledge.
• Comfort turning abstract problems into concrete, prioritized solutions.
• Outstanding spoken and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evolving logs analytics capabilities aligned with strategy.
• Overseeing end-to-end lifecycle for logs collection, ingest, and management.
• Building features for modern SRE, including GenAI integration and intelligent alerting.
• Collaborating with Engineering, UX, Design and other teams to deliver monitoring experiences.
• Partnering with Sales & Marketing on GTM, messaging, competitive analysis and adoption.
• Tracking user engagement and feedback to inform product evolution.
