Job summary

Elastic is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Logs in Observability in the United States. You will drive the logs analytics capabilities, oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of logs collection, ingestion and management, and build features for modern SRE including AI-assisted workflows and alerting.

You will collaborate with Engineering, UX, Design, and Sales & Marketing to shape go-to-market, messaging, and feature adoption, while tracking usage to fuel product evolution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management or closely related area.
• Technical experience in logs analytics.
• Observability and/or performance monitoring domain knowledge.
• Comfort turning abstract problems into concrete, prioritized solutions.
• Outstanding spoken and written communication skills.
• Preference for experience in remote, globally distributed work environments.

Responsibilities

• Evolve logs analytics capabilities in line with strategy.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle for logs collection, ingest and management.
• Build features for modern SRE, including AI-assisted workflows and intelligent alerting.
• Collaborate across Engineering, UX, Design, and Sales/Marketing for go-to-market.
• Track user engagement and feedback to inform evolution of products.
