Job summary

CallRail seeks a Senior Product Manager to own major integration domains—ads or CRM—driving end-to-end strategy and partnerships. You’ll shape data sync, authentication, webhooks, and APIs, working with AI-enabled approaches to improve setup and diagnostics.

You will collaborate with multiple teams, define roadmaps, and ensure scalable, reliable integrations that empower AI agents and customers alike.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, with 2+ years focused on integrations or platform work.
• Demonstrated AI fluency in day-to-day practice, using AI to accelerate research and prototyping.
• Track record shipping B2B SaaS integrations end to end (CRMs, ad platforms, marketing tools).
• Strong technical fluency: reading API docs, data models, auth flows, edge cases.

Responsibilities

• Define and own large core integrations aligned with business goals and partnerships.
• Fill functional gaps post-MVP, expand data coverage, improve integration quality.
• Own customer experience within your domain: discovery, connection, configuration, troubleshooting.
• Lead discovery with customers, partners, and internal teams to validate problems.
