Job summary

KarmaCheck, Inc. is seeking a technically skilled Product Manager, integrations specialist to own the second half of our AI workflow: making our API and partner integrations work inside customers’ environments (Bullhorn, Symplr CTM, Workday).

You will scope, design, and deliver end-to-end solutions with autonomy. This role partners with Customer Success and Engineering to document repeatable patterns, guide implementation, and expand our integration footprint across healthcare staffing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical product management, integration or solutions architecture with direct customer work.
• Hands-on with REST APIs, webhooks, data mapping and authentication; can test calls (Postman).
• Strong written requirements and project execution; turn customer asks into clear specs.
• Integration experience across multiple systems; breadth of patterns matters.

Responsibilities

• Be the technical voice on customer calls when moving past standard pitch.
• Get AI products live inside customer systems, coordinating API and integrations.
• Design how KarmaCheck fits into customer systems: data flows and mapping.
• Own customer solutions end to end with engineering and go-live.
• Act as hands-on technical counterpart for Bullhorn, Symplr CTM, Workday and partners.
• Turn integration questions into documentation and guides; shift to standard product.
