Job summary
CallRail is seeking a hands-on Product Manager to own core integrations, API and webhook surfaces, and the developer experience. You will ship net-new integrations for automotive, healthcare, and scheduling tools, while maintaining the ecosystem's health and reliability.
You’ll collaborate closely with Support, Sales, and Marketing, prioritize fixes against migrations, and drive AI-enabled product work across the platform. Hybrid Atlanta-based role.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of product management experience with integrations, APIs, or platform work.
- Experience shipping B2B SaaS integrations end-to-end.
- Strong technical fluency in APIs, data models, and webhooks.
- Ability to prioritize across business, customer, and tech goals.
- Excellent written communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Build and deepen net-new integrations across automotive, healthcare, and scheduling platforms.
- Own the API and webhooks, including versioning, docs, and developer UX.
- Prioritize bug fixes, migrations, and reliability while planning new work.
- Collaborate with Support, Sales, and Marketing to align roadmap and messaging.
- Lead discovery with customers and engineers, framing epics and acceptance criteria.
