CallRail is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market for our AI-powered SaaS platform. You will own positioning, messaging, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, and Marketing to drive acquisition and adoption.

You will analyze data from customer and product usage to identify opportunities, shape GTM strategy, and enable Sales with compelling narratives and assets. This role sits in our Atlanta office and blends strategy with execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of strategic or product marketing experience in MarTech, AI, or B2B SaaS.
• Experience with marketing attribution and SMB audiences is a plus.
• Proven track record of product launches and go-to-market execution.

Responsibilities

• Own positioning and messaging grounded in buyer insights and market context.
• Track portfolio performance using acquisition, adoption, and churn data; recommend actions.
• Lead go-to-market launches for new products and capabilities with cross-functional teams.
