Job summary

IntelePeer/Aqurio is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape and scale our healthcare workflow-enabled AI platform. You will translate complex healthcare workflows into reusable product capabilities and work with engineering, data, UX, and commercial teams to deliver measurable value across markets.

The role requires deep healthcare workflow knowledge, product ownership from discovery to launch, and the ability to balance customer needs with platform capabilities in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management, healthcare technology, or healthcare operations experience.
• Experience owning products from discovery through launch and optimization.
• Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience with AI-powered products and agent-based workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own healthcare workflow products from discovery through launch and optimization.
• Translate workflow insights into product requirements and priorities for scalable capabilities.
• Collaborate with AI Platform, Engineering, Integrations, Data, UX and Commercial teams to deliver value.
• Define KPIs and monitor performance to continuously improve automation and outcomes.
