Qualifications

5+ years of product management experience in healthcare technology.
Strong understanding of clinical workflows and enterprise needs in healthcare.
Experience as Product Manager or Product Owner on Agile/Scrum teams.
Practical experience using AI tools for discovery, prototyping, or development.

Responsibilities

Own discovery, strategy, and delivery across related workstreams with clear priorities.
Prototype with UX and Engineering to learn from clinicians before significant investment.
Serve as Scrum Product Owner: prioritize backlogs, write specs and user stories.
Incorporate AI tools in customer feedback and prototyping with responsible rollout.
