Job summary

BridgeHealthAI is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own high-value healthcare workflows from discovery through launch and ongoing optimization. You will work directly with health center executives, frontline teams, engineers, and the founders to turn complex healthcare operations into simple, scalable products.

You will lead customer sessions, map current workflows, identify improvements, and translate insights into concrete product requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, with healthcare/health tech focus.
• Experience owning products from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations and stakeholders.
• Exceptional customer-facing skills with executives and frontline staff.
• Ability to translate insights into scalable product directions.
• Strong product/UX judgment; ability to simplify complex workflows.
• Strong business judgment aligning product with value and adoption.
• Experience translating ambiguous problems into clear requirements with engineers.
• Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate research, prototyping, and development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to operate in ambiguity.

Responsibilities
