The role emphasizes hands-on EHR familiarity, driving discovery to adoption, and partnering with engineering to deliver reliable, privacy-conscious solutions. In-office, fast-moving team with focus on healthcare outcomes.

Qualifications

• Deep, firsthand knowledge of clinical workflows and day-to-day EHR use, demonstrated through healthcare software shipped with clinicians and practice teams.
• Experience delivering healthcare software from discovery through adoption with measurable adoption or outcomes.
• Ability to map complex workflows, identify exceptions, and explain trade-offs clearly to technical and nontechnical colleagues.
• Practical understanding of EHR capabilities, integration constraints, data quality, and patient privacy in product decisions.
• Strong prioritization and analytical skills, with a track record of using customer feedback and product data to decide.
• Comfort working closely with engineers and taking ownership of details to get a product into use.
• Bonus: clinical/healthcare operations background; hands-on EHR integration; HL7/FHIR familiarity, or conversational AI.

Responsibilities

• Get close to the workflow by spending time with clinicians and care teams to understand bottlenecks and exceptions.
• Own product decisions including discovery, roadmap priorities, requirements, and acceptance criteria for AI-powered workflows.
• Turn complexity into clarity by translating clinical processes into clear product requirements and release plans.
• Connect the EHR by working with engineering on data flows, integrations, and handoffs.
• Measure real outcomes with adoption and efficiency metrics to guide iterations.
• Learn from deployment by incorporating rollout feedback with the implementation team.
