Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on full-stack engineering before transitioning into product management.
• PM experience at a Series A–D startup.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field; a degree from a top-50 university is preferred.
• Strong technical background, ideally as a full-stack software engineer or founding engineer.
• Experience building and managing B2B SaaS products.
• Experience owning operational, workflow-heavy products or modernizing legacy platforms.
• Strong understanding of product development, software architecture, and engineering processes.
• Ability to spend approximately 50% of time with customers and 50% with engineering teams.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment and taking on cross-functional responsibilities.
• Strong customer focus, problem-solving, and a hands-on, low-ego approach.
• Passion for understanding user needs and delivering measurable value.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to understand challenges and improve UX.
• Lead the development of AI-powered products from concept to launch.
• Collaborate with engineering to define requirements and prioritize features.
• Build quick prototypes, gather feedback, and iterate.
• Modernize legacy systems and replace manual workflows with scalable solutions.
• Balance customer needs with technical feasibility and business priorities.
• Own key product metrics: adoption, usage, NPS, and overall performance.
• Shape product strategy and priorities with founders and leadership.
