Senior Product Manager, AI Health Workflows

Job summary

Ascertain is expanding into new product areas and seeking a product leader to own flows from discovery to rollout. You will spend time in doctor’s offices, observe, learn, and turn findings into scalable product features for the next 100 customers. Prior authorization is a core starting point for learning how our system behaves.

You'll report to the Expand product lead and collaborate with engineers, a designer, and product ops, plus forward-deployed teams engaging with customers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product management where you set the roadmap, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience replacing a manual process with software and shipping it.
• Data-driven with ability to act on feedback to improve the product.
• Able to push back on customer requests while maintaining trust.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of workflows end to end, including the outcome for the practice after launch.
• Run discovery and shadowing sessions to understand our customers' operations.
• Decide which parts of each build become product versus custom for one practice.
• Design for future capabilities while balancing current human involvement and value.
• Write acceptance criteria and own the rollout, including handling issues.
