Job summary

Axon is seeking a results-driven professional to own customer outcomes within strategic accounts. You will lead end-to-end deployments onsite, build capabilities on the Axon platform, and coordinate across Product, Engineering, and Support to ensure adoption and success.

You will drive AI-enabled workflows, optimize field delivery, and establish trusted relationships with agency leadership while navigating complex deployment environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing technical roles, program management, or complex deployments.
• 8+ years of varied experience in relevant fields.
• Ability to operate across technical and operational domains with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Own customer outcomes end to end within strategic accounts, including deployment, adoption, and success.
• Build solutions on Axon's platform and ship new capabilities onsite.
• Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Support and Services for root-cause resolution.
• Lead field engagements, measurements, and rollout of AI-enabled workflows.
