Job summary

Axion is seeking a player-coach Senior Product Leader in San Francisco to own the Enterprise Platform. You will guide APIs, integrations, workspaces, permissions, governance, and reliability while personally contributing to core product work.

You will spend half your time coaching PMs and shaping planning cadences, and half as an IC tackling the most challenging platform surface areas. The role demands balancing leadership with hands-on product delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience leading PMs while owning a meaningful scope.
• Strong background in enterprise platform products including APIs, integrations, and governance.
• Ability to balance leadership and hands-on product work.
• Proven track record delivering complex platform solutions.
• Executive-level communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Enterprise Platform squad and drive strategy, execution, and adoption.
• Define metrics, plan, review cadence, and governance with Design and Engineering.
• Collaborate with SVP Product, Engineering, Design, Solutions, and GTM.
• Coach PMs and manage priorities across Agentic, Core, Data & Onboarding, Enterprise Platform.
