You will define metric frameworks, build durable data models, and explore AI agent integrations to extend analytics capabilities.

The role emphasizes collaboration, data quality, and influencing decisions with rigorous analysis, leveraging a native cloud data stack and a strong SQL background.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product analytics or related role in fast‑paced SaaS or enterprise B2B.
• Advanced SQL and data modeling; programming for analytics workflows.
• Experience with user engagement metrics (activation/retention) and product adoption.
• Experience defining metric frameworks across teams.
• Statistical techniques: experiments, causal inference, forecasting.
• Hands-on experience supporting experimentation frameworks (A/B tests).

Responsibilities

• Serve as analytical thought partner to product managers; pressure‑test questions before scoping analyses.
• Define what to measure; specify event taxonomy and tracking; ensure data lands correctly.
• Build and maintain data models and applied analyses to convert telemetry into insights.
• Explore how AI agents can assist analytics via NLP queries and automated reporting.
• Define shared metric definitions and semantic layer conventions with the analytics team.
• Maintain data quality, testing, and documentation; reduce tribal knowledge.
