Job summary

Neighborly Software in Atlanta seeks a Senior Product Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle for our cloud-based platform serving housing and community development programs, with a focus on financial operations, budgeting, disbursements, and reporting.

You will partner with senior leadership to drive roadmaps, ensure platform scalability, and deliver high-impact products. The role emphasizes data-driven decisions and collaboration across engineering, design, marketing, and customer success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management or relevant experience with SaaS products.
• Demonstrated experience running end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch.
• Strong interest in customer value and interview-based discovery.
• Experience supporting platform scaling and complexity.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and communicate across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Working fluency with AI tools in product work.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for assigned platform areas — discovery, definition, delivery, launch, and iteration.
• Define long-term product vision and lead roadmap planning aligned with customer needs and tech advancements.
• Align initiatives with company strategy and communicate priorities to executives.
• Drive roadmap for budgeting, disbursements, invoicing, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with engineering on platform scalability and integration decisions.
• Use AI tools to accelerate requirements, documentation, analysis, and prototyping.
• Conduct continuous discovery through customer interviews and site visits.
• Track adoption and engagement to reduce churn and improve platform outcomes.
• Own uptime, latency, and scalability metrics and define SLAs.
• Orchestrate cross-module workflows across teams to ensure seamless end-to-end processes.
• Partner with marketing and sales on GTM strategies, positioning, and pricing.
• Lead product development execution across multiple features in flight.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify new market opportunities and threats.
• Perform other duties as required.
