Job summary

Neighborly Software, based in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle of our cloud-based platform focused on financial operations for affordable housing and community development programs.

You will partner with executives to define vision, lead roadmaps, and drive go-to-market strategies. Expect to work with AI tools to accelerate discovery, prototyping, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with SaaS products.
• Demonstrated end-to-end product lifecycle experience from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Strong interest in customer value, with interview-based discovery and qualitative insights.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for assigned platform areas, from discovery to post-launch iteration.
• Define long-term vision and lead roadmap planning addressing customer needs, competition, and tech advances.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align initiatives, priorities, and communicate progress to executives.
• Drive roadmaps for budgeting, disbursements, invoicing, reconciliation, and financial reporting while ensuring compliance.
