Job summary

Neighborly Software in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with the CFO and lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for a high-growth SaaS company. You will build dashboards, monitor KPIs, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Technology to align financial planning with strategy, advance automation, and support board-level decision-making with timely data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or related field in a high-growth environment (SaaS preferred).
• Advanced Excel modeling skills; experience with BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools, scripting (Python/SQL), or automation platforms is a strong plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under deadline pressure.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts across departments.
• Partner with department leaders to build, monitor, and refine budgets, spending plans, and headcount plans.
• Develop ad hoc financial and operational analyses to support strategic and day-to-day decisions.
• Serve as a trusted partner to the CFO and executive team, providing analysis and recommendations.
• Prepare board materials, investor reporting packages, and executive-level presentations.
• Design, build, and maintain KPI dashboards and reporting tools for real-time visibility into performance.
