Job summary

Author Health is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own a product domain within its core care delivery platform and tech-enabled service operations. You will drive product development from concept through design, engineering delivery, rollout, and optimization, enabling interdisciplinary teams to deliver value-based care.

The role requires 5+ years in product management within tech-enabled healthcare, with strong leadership, agile experience, and the ability to operate autonomously in a startup

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in tech-enabled healthcare companies or healthcare technology startups.
• Experience building tech-enabled care delivery models and feature development for patients, providers and clinical staff.
• Proven experience leading product initiatives across the full product lifecycle from discovery through post-launch optimization.
• Strong experience managing agile product development cycles in close partnership with software engineering pods (e.g., 1 PM to 2-3 engineers).
• Demonstrated autonomy in a fast-paced startup environment; able to navigate ambiguity.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and located in the continental US for the duration of employment.

Responsibilities

• Roadmap & KPIs: Own a product domain aligned with business KPIs and drive strategy and roadmap.
• End-to-End Delivery: Lead discovery, scoping, requirements, planning, testing, and go-to-market for complex workflows.
• Metrics & Outcome Tracking: Measure ROI against KPIs and assess post-implementation impact.
• Tech-Enabled Care Delivery: Build workflows for multi-disciplinary clinical teams delivering care to complex populations.
