You will own outcomes end-to-end, collaborating with product, design, engineering, clinical, data and growth teams to drive activation, engagement and retention. The role emphasizes clarity, speed, and cross-functional influence.

Qualificações

• Own outcomes, not tasks; follow through on commitments.
• 5+ years in product management (Senior) or 7+ years (Staff) with consumer or member-facing products.
• Clear and concise written communication; align teams around goals.
• Experience leading through influence across multiple teams.
• Hands-on understanding of AI products and daily AI usage in work.
• Deep empathy for users and ability to simplify complex experiences.
• Focus on KPIs like activation, engagement and retention; prove impact with data.
• Thrive in ambiguity and make fast, informed decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Define the roadmap and end-to-end execution for a member-facing area across all care solutions.
• Collaborate with product, design, engineering, clinical, data and growth teams to unify the member experience.
• Build AI-native experiences as the foundation for care delivery.
• Use continuous discovery to stay close to member conversations and feedback.
• Prototype, experiment and iterate quickly; prove impact with measurable metrics.
• Make hard prioritization calls and clearly communicate trade-offs.
• Write crisp docs and keep leaders and teams aligned on direction.
