Job summary

AxisCare, a leading SaaS home care software company based in the United States, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the strategy and execution of the core home care platform. You will own the product vision, collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering, and leverage AI-driven prototyping to accelerate learning.

You will shape roadmaps, define requirements, and measure adoption and impact while balancing speed with thoughtful, data-informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of product management experience.
• Experience across sales, marketing, and software development domains.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed.
• Proficiency with product management tools such as Jira.

Responsibilities

• Align product strategy with market demand through ongoing market research, competitive analysis, and win/loss insights.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs through direct engagement with Customer Success and Support teams.
• Identify and analyze prospect needs in partnership with Sales and Marketing, supported by home care industry research.
• Collaborate with executives to ensure product direction aligns with company strategy and long-term vision.
• Represent the product in client engagements, industry conferences, and prospect discussions as needed.
• Drive successful product delivery through disciplined execution, including roadmaps, requirements, and adoption tracking.
• Lead cross-functional go-to-market efforts across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Support.
• Prioritize high-impact initiatives and frame problems for design and development.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate research, draft specifications, and prototype ideas.
