Careforce is seeking a Technical Product Manager to own the vision, roadmap, and momentum for our agentic care-coordination platform. You’ll work across health care executives, ground-staff, engineering, and AI to turn ideas into MVPs and mature products at the right time.

You will build from scratch, stay customer-obsessed, and drive rapid iteration with a focus on measurable outcomes. Join a YC-backed team shaping care delivery and interoperability.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management with track record of bringing 0 to 1 products to market, preferably AI/SaaS/healthcare.
• Healthcare industry insight: experience navigating healthcare administration and provider/patient pain points.
• Technical proficiency: engage engineering teams and understand AI concepts and applications.
• Analytical mindset: use data to drive product decisions and measure metrics.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced startup with proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Set vision and roadmap; balance immediate customer value with long-term capability.
• Build from scratch with engineers and designers to MVPs, hands-on development.
• Stay customer-obsessed; perform user research and translate insights into features.
• Drive iteration; launch quickly and own feedback loop for improvements.
• Whisper to LLMs; develop intuition for model architectures and prompts.
• Define metrics; establish key measures and scale as needed.
