Job summary

Aegis Ventures is seeking a Senior Product Manager for its Caregentic division to own the product roadmap and deliverables. You will translate priorities into actionable work for engineering, maintain the backlog, and drive delivery with close collaboration across leadership, engineering, and clinical teams.

You’ll define PRDs, align with executives on long-range strategy, gather customer and market feedback, and build reusable care journey templates that scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software product management with independent ownership.
• Strong requirements writing with clear acceptance criteria.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to drive product workflows.
• Technical fluency to discuss frontend/backend behavior with engineers.
• Experience with healthcare workflows and translating needs into product requirements.
• Experience in a startup or small team environment with limited resources.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across functions.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and backlog; translate priorities into actionable work for engineering.
• Maintain and communicate delivery priorities and longer-term direction.
• Write product requirements documents (PRDs) linked to Jira epics.
• Collaborate with engineering on sprint planning and reviews.
• Ensure requirements traceability and acceptance criteria are met.
• Gather customer feedback and market insights to shape priorities.
• Develop reusable platform capabilities and care journey templates.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation in code and artifacts.
