Job summary

Mission Wealth, a Barron’s Top 100 RIA, seeks a Senior Product Manager to shape the technology roadmap for advisors and client-facing teams. You will drive AI-enabled workflows, improve capacity and reduce manual work, partnering with Operations, Technology, Data, Compliance and external vendors.

You will prioritize business needs, translate them into scalable solutions, and ensure adoption with clear communications, training, and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, Finance or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 7+ years of PM experience in product management, advisor technology or financial services tech
• Experience working with advisors/client service teams to improve workflows and technology adoption
• Strong understanding of how technology can improve capacity and scale growth
• Experience with AI-enabled tools, automation, CRM/workflow/reporting/knowledge-management systems
• Ability to gather requirements, prioritise needs and turn ideas into deliverables
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain product roadmaps for advisor technology, workflow automation and AI-enabled productivity tools
• Gather requirements and translate business needs into priorities and deliverables
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve data quality
• Evaluate, implement and improve tools supporting advisor productivity, CRM workflows and reporting
• Coordinate with Compliance, Data and IT security to ensure responsible AI use
• Partner with vendors and internal teams on enhancements, integrations, testing and rollout
• Support adoption through clear communication and training materials
• Measure success through advisor adoption, time savings and workflow improvements
• Grow professionally with team support and development
