Job summary

Vanguard's Financial Advisor Services (FAS) seeks a Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for SRT and AIRM, two workflow products that power advisor and intermediary experiences.

You will collaborate with Sales, SDD, CAA, strategists, engineering, and architecture to simplify workflows, enable integrations, and apply AI to increase efficiency and scale FAS services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management or product ownership with end-to-end ownership of a digital product.
• Experience owning workflow or BPM applications and improving end-to-end processes.
• Experience delivering system integrations and APIs with engineering teams.
• Strong analytical skills and using data to guide decisions.
• Excellent communication to translate business problems into product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap for SRT and AIRM.
• Own the product backlog, prioritize opportunities, and measure outcomes.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, and production support to ensure reliable delivery.
• Lead change management and adoption planning to realize value.
