Qualifications

- 7+ years in product management or advisor technology within financial services.
- Experience with CRM platforms and knowledge-management systems.
- Ability to translate business needs into prioritized deliverables.
- Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain product roadmaps for advisor technology and AI-enabled tools.
- Collaborate with advisors, operations, data, compliance and vendors.
- Define requirements, document workflows and prioritize work.
- Drive adoption through clear training materials and guides.
