Job summary

Ameriprise Financial is seeking a product leader to guide collaboration and AI-enabled technology to boost advisor and employee productivity. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle from discovery to adoption, balancing user needs, business goals, and security.

You will develop roadmaps, partner with stakeholders, assess AI capabilities, and drive measurable outcomes. Strong communication, Agile experience, and a track record delivering tech solutions are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5-7 years of relevant product management or ownership experience.
• Experience owning roadmaps, priorities, backlogs, and stakeholder relationships.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Experience using Agile, Scrum, product management, and software delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop product strategy, roadmaps, and backlog for assigned technology products and capabilities.
• Partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to improve user experience, productivity, adoption, and outcomes.
• Lead intake, analysis, prioritization, and delivery of enhancements, defects, and new capabilities.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned to business needs.
• Define product success measures, adoption metrics, and product health indicators.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
