Job summary

Addepar seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead the Advisor experience for Registered Investment Advisors, owning surface areas, features, and capabilities for wealth managers across web and mobile.

You will analyze early user feedback and adoption metrics to establish a long-term roadmap, partnering with engineering, product design, user research, and client-facing teams to simplify daily operations for advisors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management.
• Experience incorporating AI/ML capabilities into workflow applications to deliver personalized user outcomes.
• Experience in wealth management, fintech, or the RIA ecosystem.
• Cross-functional partnership across Product, Design, Engineering, and Client Success to solve complex problems and deliver intuitive UX.

Responsibilities

• Build deep understanding of the Advisor persona within the RIA segment and its daily workflows across the Addepar platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to author long-term product direction across mobile and web surfaces.
• Refine AI-powered insights with AI/engineering teams to tailor insights for financial advisors.
• Translate high-level goals into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
• Monitor adoption and engagement metrics to evaluate feature performance and refine workflows.
• Articulate the core value of each initiative to enable go-to-market success.
