Addepar, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Advisor experience for Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs).

You will own the surface area, features, and capabilities designed to empower wealth managers to acquire, retain, and advise their end-clients across web and mobile platforms. You will analyze early user feedback and adoption metrics to establish and execute a clear long-term roadmap, partnering closely with engineering, product design, user research, and client-facing

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience across the full product lifecycle.
• Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into workflow applications.
• Experience in wealth management, fintech, or the RIA ecosystem.
• Collaborate across Product, Design, Engineering, and Client Success to solve complex problems.
• Balance qualitative user insights with quantitative analytics to prioritize effectively.
• Able to articulate the why behind every feature to stakeholders and go-to-market partners.

Responsibilities

• Build a deep understanding of the Advisor persona within the RIA segment and how daily workflows connect across the Addepar platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to author a long-term product direction across mobile and web surfaces.
• Partner with AI and engineering teams to refine AI-powered insights tailored for financial advisors.
• Translate business goals into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
• Monitor adoption and engagement metrics to evaluate feature performance and refine workflows.
• Explain the core value of each initiative to enable effective go-to-market planning.
