Job summary

Mission Wealth, a Barron’s Top 100 RIA, seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead advisor technology and client-facing tools. You will define the technology roadmap, drive AI-enabled productivity, and partner with operations, data, and compliance to turn business needs into scalable solutions.

You will shape workflows, manage requirements, and collaborate with vendors to improve capacity and reduce manual work while elevating advisor and client experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in product management or advisor technology within financial services.
• Experience partnering with advisors, client service teams and business users to improve workflows.
• Strong ability to increase capacity and scale growth through technology.
• Experience with AI-enabled tools, automation, CRM platforms, and knowledge-management systems.
• Ability to translate requirements into clear deliverables and prioritize work.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in wealth management, RIAs, or financial services preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Microsoft 365/Copilot, and Tableau is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work with a high-performing Technology team to drive product initiatives.
• Partner with advisors and client-facing teams to map workflows and opportunities.
• Own and maintain roadmaps for advisor technology, automation, and AI tools.
• Gather requirements and translate business needs into priorities and deliverables.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve data quality.
• Evaluate, implement and improve tools supporting productivity, CRM workflows, and reporting.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Data and IT security on responsible AI use.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on enhancements, testing and rollout.
• Support adoption with clear guides, training and feedback loops.
• Measure success via adoption, time savings, and workflow visibility.
• Communicate clearly and drive continuous improvement.
